How can I return/replace an item?
PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 7 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 7 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE or its affiliates to be returned to PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 7 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.
When can I expect refund for my returned item?
It takes mostly 3-4 working days for the returned product to be shipped back. As the product is received, after verifying its condition, refund is processed. Allow us a minimum of 2-7 working days to process the refund.
How can I cancel my order?
In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Customer support line (number) +91 9979565699 Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be cancelled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable. After 24 hrs, NO product cancellation request will be entertained. All international and National Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs or the order date. If your parcel isn’t received in 60 days, your refund is processed automatically.
