SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At this time, PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE ships merchandise to locations within INDIA and all over the world. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
It is conceivable that products will be shipped from multiple shipping points, therefore shipping costs may vary. Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order.
We cannot ship perishable or refrigerated goods outside INDIA.
DELIVERY TIMES AND REQUIREMENTS
Upon receipt of an order, PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE (OnshopDeals.com) processes the order within 1 to 4 business days. 80% of our domestic deliveries arrive within 7 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, back ordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days.
Note: Pandemic situations/ natural disasters/ unforeseeable circumstances are not covered under this policy.
Some products (such as pallets over 500 lbs.) may require shipping via common carrier. Delivery time for orders exceeding 500 lbs. may take longer to ship. PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE (OnshopDeals.com) will contact you as to the actual ship time and coordinate the arrival of the shipment with you. Customers shall be advised as to back ordered products or out of stock products which may no longer be available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
International Shipments are subject to customs clearance and Import duty charges, That is why here @ OnshopDeals.com all international products must be purchased via prepaid payment method only. Customer will be notified by system for the order status update for any cancelled international orders in your registered email address if you have created the account with us.
For International shipments it may take from 4 - 7 weeks approx. for delivery. The timings for custom clearance is not PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE's (OnshopDeals.com) Liability. If your Shipment will not be delivered in 60 Days from the date of order, PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE (OnshopDeals.com) will be refunding the money for the product ordered only on OnshopDeals.com
BACK ORDERED AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
You will be notified of any product that may be back ordered. If the product you ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available from the supplier, we will contact you to offer a substitute product or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order.
