I have already placed an order, but it is showing a long delivery date?
Amidst this chaos, we are gearing up our operations and making provisions to deliver the products across the country to cater to all our customers safely in all zones following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience regarding this situation.
Delayed delivery in case of International Delivery?
International shipment and orders will take longer than usual (About 4-8 weeks) due to inconveniences caused due to international trade issues during the pandemic. We are putting our best efforts to serve our customers, and highly appreciate patience and understanding.

What are the different modes of payment available?
All OnshopDeals.com items are priced in INR (Indian Rupees) & USD ($). OnshopDeals.com (PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE) accepts from INDIA and USA, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards / debit cards or net banking.
Is COD (Cash-on-delivery) option available?
COD option of payment is disabled.

How do I make a purchase?
Step 1: Choose your product.
Step 2: Add to Cart.
Step 3: Check the quantity and total amount. Click CHECKOUT.
Step 4: Add and check Shipping Address. Then click MAKE PAYMENT.
Step 5: Add Billing Information. Click COMPLETE ORDER.
Step 6: Enter your payment details and Make payment. Your Order is placed. You will receive confirmation e-mail.

How can I check my order status?

When can I expect delivery?
Upon receipt of an order PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE processes the order within 1 to 4 business days. 80% of our deliveries arrive within 7 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses.
For International orders: For International shipments it may take from 4 - 6 weeks approx. for delivery in India. The Timings for custom clearance is not PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE's Liability. If your Shipment will not be delivered in 60 Days from the date of order, PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE will be refunding the Money for the product ordered only on OnshopDeals.com
How can I change my shipment address?
PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. If you require to modify an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at customerservice@onshopdeals.com or by phone at +91 8141234399 ( Calling Line & Whatsapp Support Line ). If you require a complete change of "Ship To" information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
We usually try to keep up to our promises of timely delivery within 7 days after receiving receipt. In case due to any inconvenient situation, please contact the customer service helplines if the delivery gets delayed. We cordially appreciate your patience and will try to provide best customer service and response from our end.
I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next 2-3 business day in case you miss a delivery.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS RELATED
How can I return/replace an item?
PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE guarantees full credit for product only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 7 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 7 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by JOSH PRODUCTS or its affiliates to be returned to PRAJOSH ENTERPRISE shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 7 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.
When can I expect refund for my returned item?
It takes mostly 3-4 working days for the returned product to be shipped back. As the product is received, after verifying its condition, refund is processed. Allow us a minimum of 2-7 working days to process the refund.
How can I cancel my order?
In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement.+91 8141234399 ( Calling Line & Whatsapp Support Line ) Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be cancelled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable. After 24 hrs, NO product cancellation request will be entertained. All international and National Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs or the order date. If your parcel isn’t received in 60 days, your refund is processed automatically.
